Hi! My name is Maxmountstevens and I am a super cool member of the Game Dev Club Hacker's. I love making awesome games using Scratch, which is like magic for creating games. I am always coming up with new ideas and making them come to life on the computer screen. It's so much fun! I also enjoy playing games that my friends in the club make. We have so much fun together and learn lots of cool things about coding. I can't wait to show you all the amazing games I have made! Let's have a blast playing and creating games together!

And so today, we’re going to be talking about the ways that coding sneaks its way into things we use every day, to really get an idea of how much we rely on it. at The Code Zone we love video games so we often talk about how learning to code is really useful for a career in gaming - but what if you don’t want to be a game dev? This week we wanted to take a closer look at some of these careers and the way that our clubs can be the first stepping stone for a child that is interested in pursuing them later in life!
